Gabie Benson, Owner & CEO

Gabie Benson, MBA, created Sprout Fundraising & Consulting, leveraging 20 years of nonprofit leadership and fundraising experience serving higher education, the arts, youth development, homelessness and housing services, and association foundations. She has worked in large institutions, small shops, and organizations of every size in between.

Recognizing smaller nonprofits' unique challenges, Gabie founded Sprout Fundraising & Consulting, offering fractional fundraising services. In essence, she serves as your part-time Director of Development, bridging the gaps in fundraising programs for small organizations, enabling them to realize their full potential and carry out impactful work.

With a career dedicated to driving organizational growth, fundraising innovation, and mission impact, Gabie’s expertise spans strategic development, operational leadership, and donor engagement, focusing on empowering nonprofits to strengthen their fundraising capacity and grow their base of individual supporters.

Her leadership has driven revenue growth, enhanced stakeholder engagement, and built high-performing teams. By aligning strategy with mission impact, Gabie loves helping organizations navigate challenges, uncover new opportunities, and achieve sustainable growth.

Sofia Keller is a messaging expert and marketing strategist with over a decade of experience helping small teams across industries—including education, activism, wellness, healthcare, law, and more—refine their messaging and achieve meaningful results. As a seasoned business owner and consultant, Sofia excels at maximizing limited resources to create meaningful impact.

Since 2022, Sofia has focused on empowering nonprofit organizations to elevate their fundraising efforts. From crafting compelling email and social media campaigns to scripting events and fine-tuning program details, she helps organizations engage their supporters and exceed their fundraising goals.
